The premier scholarship aggregator for Filipino students. We collect, verify, and organize scholarship opportunities from government, private, and international sources so you don't have to hunt them down yourself.
Our Mission
Every year, thousands of Filipino students miss out on scholarships simply because they don't know they exist. IskolarPH exists to bridge that gap. We aggregate scholarship information from across the Philippines — government agencies like DOST and CHED, private foundations like SM and Aboitiz, international programs, and vocational training grants — all in one place.
Our goal is simple: no student should miss a scholarship opportunity because of lack of information.
How We Source Scholarships
Research
We scan official government portals (.gov.ph), reputable foundation websites, and international scholarship databases for active opportunities.
Verify
Every scholarship entry is checked against its official source. We verify the link, eligibility, and deadline before adding it to our catalog.
Publish
Verified scholarships are added to our catalog with clear eligibility requirements, deadlines, and direct links to the official application page.

Independent Aggregator
IskolarPH is an independent, student-built platform. We are not affiliated with any government agency (DOST, CHED, DSWD, TESDA), private foundation, or scholarship provider. We do not process applications and we do not guarantee approval.
Factual Information
Scholarship names, deadlines, and eligibility criteria are factual public information not subject to copyright under Philippine law (RA 8293, Section 175). All descriptions on IskolarPH are written in our own words based on publicly available information.
No Personal Data Collected
IskolarPH does not collect, store, or process any personal information. We have no sign-up forms, no user accounts, no tracking cookies beyond anonymous rate-limiting tokens. Third-party ad scripts may place cookies for ad delivery (see our Disclaimer for details). The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) governs the processing of personal information — and since we process none, its provisions do not apply to our operations.
Free for Students, Forever
IskolarPH is completely free for students. We are funded entirely through non-intrusive advertising — never through student fees, data sales, or paywalls. Scholarship information remains open and accessible to everyone.
Supported by Advertising
To keep IskolarPH free for all Filipino students, we display non-intrusive advertisements. Ad revenue covers hosting costs (Cloudflare Pages, Mistral AI API). We never charge students for access to scholarship information. All ad placements are clearly distinguishable from scholarship content.
