CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)
The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is a grant-in-aid program under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) implemented by UniFAST. Grantees receive ₱7,500 per regular semester to support at least the partial cost of tertiary education, inclusive of education-related expenses. TDP is a sub-program under TES, which itself is under RA 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act / UAQTEA). Note: Applications are announced per cycle through HEI UniFAST Focal Persons. There is no fixed annual deadline.
Eligibility Requirements
- 1Filipino citizen
- 2Combined household gross income ≤ ₱400,000
- 3Enrolled in any first undergraduate degree program in SUCs, LUCs, or private HEIs
- 4NOT a beneficiary of TES, CHED Scholarship Programs, or other national government-funded StuFAPs
- 5Must submit TDP-TES Application Form, COR/COE, and Certificate of Indigency from Barangay
