DAAD EPOS Scholarship (Germany)
The DAAD Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) program funds graduates from developing countries (including the Philippines) to pursue a development-related Master's or PhD at German universities. Covers monthly stipend (€992 for graduates, €1,300–€1,400 for doctoral candidates), travel allowance, health insurance, and rent subsidy. Requires at least 2 years of professional experience. Eligibility Requirements
- 1Filipino citizen
- 2Bachelor's degree (normally 4 years) in a related subject
- 3At least 2 years of professional experience after bachelor's degree
- 4Academic degrees normally not older than 6 years
- 5Above-average academic results (upper third of class)
- 6Development-related motivation and commitment to social responsibility
- 7For German-taught courses: German language proficiency of at least B1 level at time of application
- 8Applicants who have resided in Germany for longer than 15 months cannot apply
