DOST-SEI BEST for IP Scholarship

The Bridging Education in Science and Technology for Indigenous Peoples (BEST for IP) Scholarship Program is a first-of-its-kind scholarship in the Philippines specifically for Indigenous Peoples (IP) students. Implemented by DOST-SEI in partnership with Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU), it aims to reach 'last-mile students' from underserved and geographically isolated communities, covering science and technology education. Launched May 2, 2026 as a pilot program at NVSU.
