Iskolar ng LANDBANK
The Iskolar ng LANDBANK (ILP) program benefits underprivileged but deserving students who are children or grandchildren of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), small farmers, and fishers from the 60 poorest Philippine provinces. Covers tuition at identified State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). Applicants must be endorsed by their high school principal and recommended by a LANDBANK agriculture-based client cooperative.
Eligibility Requirements
- 1Filipino citizen
- 2Child or grandchild of an ARB, small farmer, or fisher
- 3Recommended by a LANDBANK agriculture-based client cooperative/association
- 4Graduating high school student with minimum average 90% or top 10% of class (Note: official site has these fields blank; verify with LANDBANK directly)
- 5Endorsed by high school principal
- 6Total annual family income ≤ ₱300,000 (with case-to-case exemptions)
