Quezon City Scholarship Program (QCSP)

The Quezon City Scholarship Program (QCSP), administered by the QC Youth Development Office, provides financial assistance to deserving QCitizens across four categories: Senior High School, Tertiary (QC Excel, Academic, Athletic & Arts, Youth Leaders, Economic), Postgraduate, and Continuing Education/Vocational. The QC Excel tier offers up to ₱110,000 tuition and ₱50,000 stipend/year. Academic scholars receive up to ₱80,000 tuition + ₱25,000 stipend. As of 2025, 39,566 scholars served since 2019.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 1Bona fide resident of Quezon City with valid QCitizen ID
  • 2Not a scholar of another Local Government Unit
  • 3Enrolled/registered/accepted at a recognized educational institution
  • 4Academic Scholarship: GWA of at least 1.75 (tertiary) or 89% (SHS), with academic honors or top 10 ranking
  • 5QC Excel: First-year tertiary student in priority course, with leadership/volunteer experience
  • 6Economic Scholarship: Household income within low-middle to poverty threshold
