Singapore ASEAN Scholarship (Philippines)

The ASEAN Scholarship, administered by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), is awarded to bright young students from ASEAN countries to study in Singapore. For Filipino nationals, the scholarship is for entry at Secondary 3 level into selected Singapore secondary schools. The 4-year programme leads to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level certificate. Benefits include annual allowance with hostel accommodation, settling-in allowance, return economy airfare, school fees, GCE O-Level and A-Level examination fees, subsidised medical benefits, and accident insurance. Application opens annually from January to February for the following academic year starting in November. Shortlisted candidates sit selection tests and interviews in Manila.
