Taguig City Scholarship Program (LANI)
The Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-need (LANI) is Taguig City's flagship scholarship with eight types: Honors (₱40K-50K/year, top 10 public HS grads), Premier (₱40K-50K/year, UPCAT passers/Centers of Excellence), Priority (₱40K-50K/year, DOST-priority courses, PWDs, Law, Medicine), Basic Plus (₱20K-30K/year, public-to-public), Basic (₱15K-25K/year, public-to-private), SUC/LCU (₱15K-25K/year, private-to-public), Review (₱15K-20K, board/bar review), and LEAD (Taguig employees pursuing Master's/Doctoral with ₱25K-50K thesis incentives). Uses a fully online Scholarship Management System.
Eligibility Requirements
- 1Resident of Taguig City for at least three (3) years
- 2Currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution
- 3If 18 or older: active voter of Taguig
- 4At least one parent must be an active voter of Taguig
- 5Honors: Top 10 graduate of a Taguig public high school
- 6Premier: Passed UPCAT or admitted to CHED Center of Excellence
- 7Priority: DOST-priority course, PWD endorsed by PDAO, or Law/Medicine in top schools
