TESDA Special Training for Employment (STEP)
The Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) is a community-based specialty training program that addresses specific skills needs of communities and promotes employment through entrepreneurial, self-employment, and service-oriented activities. Training programs are generally short-term or module-based. Beneficiaries receive free training and competency assessment, starter toolkits, and a training allowance of ₱60.00 per day for the duration of the training.
Eligibility Requirements

- 3Must meet requirements of the specific short-term training program
- 4Targets grassroots beneficiaries, unemployed, and underemployed individuals
