UniFAST Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) under RA 10931 (UAQTEA) is a grant-in-aid program supporting the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students. Benefits include ₱20,000 per AY for SUC/LUC students or ₱27,000 per AY for Private HEI students. Additional benefits: ₱10,000/year for PWDs (TES-3A). TES-3B provides a one-time ₱8,000 reimbursement for board/licensure exam takers. Prioritization: Listahanan-ranked students first, then 4Ps beneficiaries ranked by household per capita income.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 1Filipino citizen
  • 2Meets admission/retention policies of the SUC/LUC
  • 3No previous undergraduate degree
  • 4Not overstaying in the program (4/5 years + 1-year grace period)
  • 5Subject to prioritization and availability of funds
