UP Lingap Iskolar Program

The UP Lingap Iskolar Program supports UPCAT qualifiers from Unserved and Underserved Communities (UUC) and low-income backgrounds. While tuition is free under RA 10931, Lingap Iskolar provides comprehensive assistance including vouchers for housing, food, communication, educational materials, and transportation, plus a mentoring program. Applicants must have a family income of ₱135,000 or less annually and must not be receiving other financial aid.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 1UPCAT qualifier from Unserved/Underserved Community (UUC)
  • 2Family annual income ≤ ₱135,000
  • 3Not receiving any other financial aid
  • 4Submit application letter, proof of residence, proof of income (ITR or Certificate of No Income/Indigency)
